Policy Details
No Refunds: In the event of a last-minute cancellation, 2nd Mile Coffee Cart
will not provide any refunds, regardless of the circumstances leading to the cancellation.
Charges for Expenses: Clients who cancel within the last 72 hours before the scheduled service will be responsible for covering the following expenses incurred by 2nd Mile Coffee.

Gas: Any expenses related to the transportation of our equipment and staff to the event location.

Milk: Costs associated with the purchase and preparation of milk, including any special milk alternatives requested by the client.

Travel: Costs related to the travel of our team to the event location, including mileage and accommodation if applicable.

Preparation: Costs associated with the preparation of coffee and other beverages, as well as any perishable items that were procured for the event.

Payment of Expenses: Clients will be billed for the above expenses associated with the last-minute cancellation within 7 days of the cancellation date. Payment is required promptly upon receipt of the invoice.

Reservation of Date: When a client reserves a date for our services, 2nd Mile Coffee commits to that specific time slot and will not book another event during that period. Therefore, clients are also billed for the reserved time slot in the event of a last-minute cancellation, in addition to the expenses outlined above.

Rescheduling: In some cases, 2nd Mile Coffee may offer the option to reschedule the event within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability. However, the expenses incurred due to the last-minute cancellation will still apply.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with our clients to find mutually beneficial solutions whenever possible. However, this no refund policy for last-minute cancellations, including the billing for the reserved time slot, is essential to cover the costs and logistics involved in preparing for and providing our coffee catering services. Clients are encouraged to review this policy thoroughly and communicate any questions or concerns before entering into an agreement with 2nd Mile Coffee. By booking our services, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this no refund policy for last-minute cancellations as outlined above.
